This week we had 45 different vegetables available, 35 of which were local! That is a whopping 75 percent! We are able to offer such an amazing selection right now because it is Florida's prime growing season. Our priority is always with fresh local sources but we do supplement with non local sources if necessary. We designate which products are local in our weekly email. Check out Seasonal Food Guide which will show you which produce items are in season in each state by month.

One of our own members, Donna with Herbs & Oils Pathways to Wellness, makes cottage organic herbal teas that are delicious and medicinal! We are also now carrying Rethinking Coffee which is a fair trade, organic, cafe femenino, micro roaster based right here in St. Pete!

We are proud to carry Three Suns Ranch beef and bison on a regular basis. They are the premier grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free, all natural ranch based out of Punta Gorda, Florida. They are one of the only two ranches in the country that raise and care for their cattle from the day they are born to the day they are harvested, ensuring the cleanliness of their product. We are in the works with Old Earth Cafe to bring you a selection of their amazingly delicious prepared foods. Their entire menu is dairy and gluten free, plant based, raw, and of course 100% organic.
