What are the requirements for membership?
The requirements for membership are few but important. We require a one-time membership fee of $15 when you join. As long as you shop with us regularly (at least once per month), your membership will remain active.
Can anyone shop at Fresh Family Goods?
We are member-based store and benefits are available to members only. Working with a core of committed families is the best way to consistently get the best food at the best prices. We offer anyone interested in joining an opportunity to try us out without joining, so feel free to stop by and get to know us.
When can I shop?
Using our Online Ordering System, you can place your order between Tuesday night and Saturday at noon. Pickup is available during business hours on Monday and Tuesday.
What should I bring with me when I come to shop?

What do I do when I get to the co-op to shop?
Why do I have to shop at least once a month?
Many of our suppliers require that we consistently place a minimum order. So if members participate only sporadically, it reduces the buying power required to purchase healthy food at lower prices.
